1. Introduction
Welcome to circularinnovations.earth. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and
services. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do
not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of
the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Program Participation Terms
Eligibility
- Programs may specify participant criteria, such as age limits, profession, or community role. Typical eligibility includes farmers, Self-Help Group (SHG) members, and rural community leaders.
- Applicants must meet any stated prerequisites before enrolling.
Code of Conduct
- All participants must respect program facilitators, fellow attendees, and community members.
- Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour is strictly prohibited.
- CIRCULAR INNOVATIONS reserves the right to remove participants exhibiting misconduct, causing disruption, or endangering the safety of others.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy (Training Programs)
Refund Eligibility
- 80% refund for cancellations made at least 4 days before the training start date.
- No refund for cancellations after 3 days from the start of the program or for no-shows.
- Online payments: Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 30 days.
- Offline (cash) payments: Refunds will be processed via NEFT or cheque within 30 days.
4. Re-Registration Policy
- Participants may re-register for the same program within 6 months of the original program date.
- A re-registration fee of 10–15% applies.
- Re-registration is subject to availability and must use the original registration email/contact details.
5. Donations Terms
Donor Classification
- Donations may be accepted from individuals, private companies, financial institutions, banks, public listed and government institutions as a part of their CSR activities.
- All donations will be used strictly for charitable purposes, including training, capacity building, and community development.
- Donations are voluntary and non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Donors will receive an official receipt and acknowledgment letter for tax purposes in compliance with relevant sections of the Income Tax Act (e.g., Section 80G) and FCRA rules.
6. Partnerships and Sponsorships
Collaborating organizations must enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) defining:
- Scope of collaborations
- Allowed branding rights (if any)
- Agreement on non-interference in CIRCULAR INNOVATIONS’s operational activities
- No endorsement clause to prevent implied endorsements
7. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, recorded videos, manuals, and publications are the exclusive intellectual property of CIRCULAR INNOVATIONS.
- Reproduction, distribution, or public sharing of materials is strictly prohibited and requires prior written consent from CIRCULAR INNOVATIONS.
8. Privacy and Data Use
- CIRCULAR INNOVATIONS ensures that participant and donor information is securely stored and never shared with third parties without explicit written consent via email from authorised domain or printed on official letterhead.
- Data collected will be used only for communication, program management, reporting, and impact evaluation purposes.

9. Amendments Clause
- CIRCULAR INNOVATIONS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via participant/donor email and posted on the official Foundation website.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to your use of the website or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
